I am a language teacher, who is hoping to begin working as a freelancer. In addition to language study materials, I would also like to share my thoughts on language and the experience of learning.
私は語学教師です。フリーランスで仕事を始める準備をしています。このブログでは語学教師としてのコンテンツも作っていきたいと思っていますが、いまのところは自分が語学や日々暮らしの中での学びについて考えていることを中心に発信していく予定です。
Azumiism is a portmanteau of my first name and ‘ism.’ The reason I chose ‘ism’ is that even though my ideas might sound peculiar at times, I accept diverse perspectives so I enjoy exploring my own intellect and curiosity.
Azumiismは私の名前と主義という意味でよく使われる『ism』を組み合わせた造語です。私の考えているところは時に突飛すぎると感じる人もいるかもしれません。それでもいろんな考え方がある世の中を前向きに捉え、自分の興味や関心を拡大していく場になればいいなと思っています。
Also, I hope to create a small community for language learners. I believe that languages are tools to communicate and that learners can improve with one another when they have some platform to interact on. So, I still have a lot of work to do!
また、語学学習者のための小さなコミュニティとしてもこのブログが機能できればなぁと考えています。語学は人が交流するためのツールであり、指針となるプラットフォームがあればお互いの語学力を向上させることができると思うからです。はい、まだまだたくさんやることがありますがこのブログを楽しみたいと思います！
