When it comes to the second language, it sometimes is very tricky to figure out what situation this word can be used in. めっちゃ and じみに are one of those words, once it was considered to be not appropriate in a formal situation. That’s the reason when learners a lot from lean content and learned lively vocabulary, it doesn’t help much to have a conversation with a native speaker. My opinion is, to some extent, it would be ideal that a learner has reliable someone who is taking care of you as if a parent takes care of their child.
第二言語というのは、どの言葉をどんな状況で使っていいのかがときに難しいものですね。今日の言葉「めっちゃ」や「じみに」はかつてあまりフォーマルな場所では使わないほうがいいとされていたけれども、今はかなり受け入れられるようになったという言葉の一例です。偏ったコンテンツやジャンルの素材でそこに登場する言葉を学んだ学習者が、その威力をあまり実際の人との会話のときに発揮できないのはそのためですね。私の意見としては、語学学習者には親が子に言葉を教えるような感じで親身に相談できる相手がいるのがベストなんだろうなと思います。
